| Uma and I went to Barnes & Nobles last week, as we were browsing, she found a book (actually, 2 books):The first one being Mr. Darcy's Daughters...this is the idea of some woman to write how she thinks Darcy and Lizzie's children will be growing up in London, etc etc.The second one, which I am currently reading, is Mr. Darcy's side of the story.Okay, so I know this might be selling out. But when I saw these books, I just couldn't stop myself from buying them. I kind of look at this like, proving that nothing else written about this story can do it justice, and to quench my curiosity, I have to know what crap people are writing. As long as it doesn't interfere with my interpretation of P&P, I'll be fine, but if it does, I think i'll cry. Mishri, please, what's your take on this? | | |
| So Uma and I went to Korean Corner a couple days ago to buy some veggies and what not, well, as we're pulling out of the center and on to Viers Mill. Okay wait, let me set it up...there's 3 lanes...i'm in the middle lane, there's a car in the left lane, and a car in my lane, about 2 cars in front of me...all of a sudden, the car in the left lane decides to ram itself in to the car that's 2 cars up from me in my lane, 3 guys jump out, grab the guy out of the car in front of me, and start beating on him. Like really attacking him. Well, obviously they hold up traffic, and no one seems to be getting out to help me. So me and Uma just watch for a bit...then I decide, well I better call 911. so I call them, and i get put on hold!!!!!!!
They start asking me questions and I answer. I don't know, the point is, I was put on hold!!!!!

| So I went to the Laos Temple in Manassas today. Their setup was so cool, it cost 10 bucks to get in, but they had soooooo much food for sale. They also had other odds and ends, I ended up buying like 2 jasmine plants and another Kaffir lime plant.
My friend got dragged in to playing in their soccer game, she has never played, but she still did it.
